Our Story
P&P Consulting was born out of passion, expertise and a real desire to help support businesses with their people and processes. Together Vinny and Storme Paes bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, coupled with a strong commitment and hands on approach. ​

Our mission is to deliver real value to our clients by helping them achieve their goals through our expertise in human resources and process improvement.

​Storme holds a Bachelor of Management in Human Resources and a Juris Doctor, bringing over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Vinny holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, a Bachelor of Administration, an MBA in Project Management, and a Master’s in Technology. He has extensive experience running two of his own businesses and working as a Business Analyst and Project Manager.​
