Our Story
P&P Consulting was born out of passion, expertise and a real desire to help support businesses with their people and processes. Together Vinny and Storme Paes bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, coupled with a strong commitment and hands on approach. ​

​Storme holds a Bachelor of Management in Human Resources and a Juris Doctor, bringing 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Vinny holds a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety, ISO Auditor Certificate for ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001. Bachelor of Civil Engineering, a Bachelor of Administration, an MBA in Project Management, and a Master’s in Technology. He has extensive experience running two of his own businesses and working with businesses to operate safely and compliantly. ​
